  •   Phumula ngokwanele. IBhayibheli lithi: “Kungcono ukuphumula okuncane kunomsebenzi onzima omningi nokulwela ukufica umoya.” (UmShumayeli 4:6) Ukulala kuye kuthiwe kuphumuza ingqondo, kodwa intsha eningi ilala amahora angaphansi kwangu-8, okusho ukuthi ayilali ngokwanele.
