“Palibe munthu anadapo thupi lake, koma amalidyetsa ndi kulikonda.” (Aefeso 5:29) Kusamalira thupi lanu kungakuthandizeni kwambiri kuti mukhale ndi thanzi labwino. Mungasamalire thupi lanu m’njira zotsatirazi:

Muzigona mokwanira. “Kupuma pang’ono kuli bwino kuposa kugwira ntchito mwakhama ndi kuthamangitsa mphepo.” (Mlaliki 4:6) Anthu ambiri masiku ano amatanganidwa kwambiri, choncho sagona mokwanira. Koma kugona mokwanira n’kofunika kwambiri kuti munthu akhale ndi thanzi labwino. Ofufuza apeza kuti pamene munthu akugona, thupi lake ndiponso ubongo wake zimakhala zikudzikonzakonza, ndipo zimenezi zimathandiza kuti asamaiwaleiwale ndiponso asamakwiyekwiye.

Kugona mokwanira kumathandiza kuti chitetezo cha m’thupi lathu cholimbana ndi matenda chikhale champhamvu. Zimenezi zimatithandiza kupewa matenda osiyanasiyana, kuphatikizapo matenda a shuga, matenda ofa ziwalo, matenda a mtima, khansa, kunenepa kwambiri, matenda ovutika maganizo, mwina ngakhalenso matenda oiwalaiwala tikamakalamba. M’malo mothamangitsa tulo ndi maswiti, khofi, kapena zinthu zina, ndi bwino kumvera thupi lathu likamatiuza kuti latopa, n’kukagona. Anthu ambiri amafunika kugona maola 7 kapena 8 tsiku lililonse kuti azioneka bwino, azimva bwino m’thupi, komanso azitha kugwira bwino ntchito. Ana amafunika kugona maola ambiri kuposa pamenepa. Achinyamata amene sagona mokwanira nthawi zambiri amakhala ndi mavuto okhudza ubongo ndipo amatha kugona akuyendetsa galimoto.

Timafunika kugona kwambiri makamaka tikamadwala. Kugona maola ambiri ndiponso kumwa madzi ambiri, kungatithandize kuchira mosavuta matenda ena, monga chimfine, popanda kumwa mankhwala alionse.

Muzisamalira mano anu. Kutsuka mano anu ndi mswachi komanso kuyendetsa kaulusi pakati pa mano mukatha kudya, makamaka musanakagone, kumathandiza kuti mano anu asabowoke, asawole komanso kuti mupewe matenda a nkhama. Dziwani kuti mano ndi ofunika kwambiri chifukwa amatithandiza kuti tizitha kutafuna chakudya ndipo zimenezi zimachititsa kuti chakudya chigwire bwino ntchito yake. Akuti nthawi zambiri njovu sizifa ndi ukalamba, koma chifukwa chakuti mano awo adyekadyeka ndipo zikulephera kutafuna chakudya. Ana amene aphunzitsidwa kutsuka m’kamwa ndi kuyendetsa kaulusi m’mano mwawo akatha kudya, amadzakhala ndi thanzi labwino pa unyamata wawo ndiponso kwa moyo wawo wonse.

Muzipita kuchipatala mukadwala. Matenda ena amafunika kupita nawo kuchipatala. Munthu akathamangira kuchipatala, nthawi zambiri amachira mwamsanga ndiponso sawononga ndalama zambiri. Choncho ngati simukupeza bwino, pitani kuchipatala kuti akapeze matenda amene mukudwala n’kukuthandizani, m’malo mongomwa mankhwala ongoziziritsa ululu.

Kupita kuchipatala pafupipafupi kuti madokotala akakuyezeni kukhoza kukuthandizani kupewa matenda ambiri oopsa.
