On February 4, 2020, the Zheleznodorozhniy Court of Khabarovsk convicted Brothers Stanislav Kim and Nikolay Polevodov and issued them two-year suspended prison sentences. Although they will not go to prison, they will be on probation for the duration of their sentences. They will appeal their convictions. Both brothers are also involved in a second criminal case being heard by the Industrial District Court in the same city. The verdict in that case has yet to be scheduled.
